Sunny Beach
Is the largest resort complex in Eastern Europe. It is located at a marvellous bay, 25 km away from the International Airport of Bourgas.
Many new hotels and resort villages have been built in the complex as well as discotheques, night clubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, sport and childrens facilities, Aqua Parks, etc.
The beach line is 8 km long with excellent fine sand and has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag International Award for its cleanliness , and it is well maintained and equipped with sun chairs and parasols.
This is one of the few places on the Black Sea coastline where naturally shaped dunes can be seen combined with pine and deciduous forests.
Nessebar
In close proximity to Sunny Beach is the ancient town of Nessebar, connected to the mainland by a narrow picturesque road. It dates back to 1st century BC and is an archaeological and architectural reserve registered with UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
