TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are accepted subject to availability at the time of application and 40% non refundable deposit paid. Remainder to be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. If this payment is not received within this period we have the right to cancel your booking which would result in you losing your deposit
The apartment is cleaned and inspected immediately prior to each letting. Any cleaning plus extra cleaning/towels/linen required during your stay is payable locally. approx. 10.00 GBP per cleaning session
50 GBP deposit is required for breakages and cleaning, on return please provide receipt for cleaning and we will refund the deposit paid withing 10 days.
Please report any damage, breakages or malfunctions to reception so that they can be rectified.
No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to any persons or personal effects however caused during occupancy of the apartment or the duration of the holiday.
Both Apartments are fully insured.
