TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are accepted subject to availability at the time of application and 20% non refundable deposit paid. Remainder to be paid no later than 12 weeks before departure.

The apartment is cleaned and inspected immediately prior to each letting. The apartment must be cleaned before your departure, Any cleaning plus extra cleaning/towels/linen required during your stay is payable locally. approx. 10.00 GBP per cleaning session

100 GBP deposit is required for breakages and cleaning, on return please provide receipt for cleaning and we will refund the deposit paid withing 10 days.

Please report any damage, breakages or malfunctions to reception so that they can be rectified.

No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to any persons or personal effects however caused during occupancy of the apartment or the duration of the holiday.
